Allianz Global Assistance Emergency Hospital Medical

The Emergency Hospital Medical plan provides competitively priced travel medical coverage for Canadian individuals, families, and groups. Take advantage of lower rates for travel to non-US destinations and special family rates. Coverage can also be purchased for groups of up to 8 travellers. Coverage is available for up to 365 days for travellers under age 60.

Excluded Sports All professional sports, motorized speed contests, stunt activities, skiing or snowboarding out of bounds, ski jumping, skydiving, sky-surfing, scuba diving (except if certified by internationally recognized and accepted program, or if diving depth does not exceed 30 metres), white water rafting (except grades 1 to 4), street luge, skeleton activity, mountaineering, any rodeo activity
Hospital Accommodation Reasonable and customary costs (private or semi-private room)
Physician Reasonable and customary costs
Ambulance Reasonable and customary costs
Prescription Drugs 30-day supply, $1,000 limit (limits do not apply when hospitalized)
